SNC Tenth Anniversary Gala a Huge Success

DDC celebrated Ten Great Years of Memories this past weekend.     Our Club really knows how to put on a party!

Preliminary photos are on our web site….More to come soon!

The decorations were awesome.  The DJ played great music very much enjoyed by dancers through the wee hours of each morning.    The Competitors had an excellent venue to Strut Their Stuff.  Those participating in the Saturday night dinner were treated to a wonderful pictorial of dance camps past. Saturday evening’s entertainment was spectacular with routines that were both dramatic and humorous.

Many individuals and businesses contributed prizes and cash donations that helped make this event a huge success.   SNC thanks Ayla’s Originals, Baker’s Square, Ballroom City, Chicago Rebels, Chicagoland Dance Festival, Circle City Classic, Dance Connection, Indy Swing Classic, Mario Robau, Jr., May I have This Dance, Reno Dance Sensation, Sweet Home Chicago, Swing Dance America, Swingin’ Summer Dance Camp, Wisconsin Dance Challenge, X Dance, Heart&Sole/Genesis Dance Club, Julie Hein, May I Have This Dance, Penny Rusch, Swing City Chicago, The Chicago Rebels, The Chicago Classic, and X Dance/Jim Becker.  SNC also thanks those local instructors who generously donated private lessons to competitors:   Rich Cooper, Carlos Garcia, Julie Hein, Stephanie Kusibab, Don Leybes, Don Macdonald, Jill Popovich, Hania Richmond, Jeff Sanchez, and Bev Solazzo.

Competition Results will be on the web site soon.
