Some of the early highlights include:

  • Familiar instructors that are an integral part of Dance Camp including Kristin and Monty Ham.
  • Jack ‘n’ Jill competitions for Two Step and West Coast Swing with WSDC points awarded for West Coast swing winners.
  • Over 30 hours of open dancing.
  • Included in the weekend pass: four meals!
  • A special Friday evening Mario Robau Jr.-led workshop.

Remind yourself of the fun of the event by viewing pictures from last year’s Dance Camp. Learn more about the event on the SNC Web site. Save time by registering online. Save money by registering early. We hope to see you there.

modified:  Swing ‘n’ Country Elections

(Note: Swing ‘n’ Country is a member-run club. On the Board, members help decide the direction of the club. It is members that keep the club running. Please remember that if you’re thinking about running for a position this year.) Elections for officers and the board of directors of our club are coming soon.  This year we are electing Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer and three full-term board members.  Secretary and Treasurer serve for one year; board members serve for two years.  Because of recent vacancies, we are also electing a fourth board member for a one-year term.

Please consider serving Swing ‘n’ Country by running for one of these positions.  Board meetings occur once per month usually on a Monday evening.  Board members serve on one or more committees and meet and check-in dancers at the registration desk at the regularly-scheduled dances several times per year.  Please contact any board member for information on the duties for each position.  If you are interested, please contact Roger via e-mail or telephone (224/622-1223).
